Rocky Nook and its partners reserve the right to cancel all Photoact events and workshops for any reason, at any time. If cancellation occurs all attendees will be notified immediately and given a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

Attendees may cancel up to 14 days in advance of the event to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for attendee cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event. All eligible refunds will be issued by check within 30 days of cancellation. Rocky Nook and its partners are not responsible for any travel expenses or non-refundable purchase, deposits, or reservations.
