Storage

A device used to save data such as digital images. If the data or image is not saved from the computer's memory, it will be lost when the computer is turned off. Storage can take the form of optical storage, such as DVDs and CDs; electronic storage, such as flash memory cards; or magnetic storage, such as hard drives.
