Scan time

The period of time taken to create a digital image from an analog image using of a scanner. The analog image is in the form of a negative, transparency, or a print. The time can vary from seconds to a number of minutes, depending on the resolution chosen to scan at, the speed of the scanner, and the size of the original. See also resolution
