SRGB
From The Glossary of Digital Photography
Also known as standard RGB. A somewhat small color space designed for use on monitors and the Internet. Many photo labs also use this color space for printing images. Some digital cameras use sRGB for their JPEG images. In general, it is better to use a larger color space, such as Adobe RGB (1998) or ProPhoto RGB, rather than sRGB if any of the images will have any commercial applications. sRGB is not a large enough color space to provide all of the colors that standard four-color printing (CMYK) can reproduce. Most stock agencies prefer to receive images in a larger color space, for example. See color space; CMYK; Adobe RGB (1998)
