Rights-protected license

Also called RP license. A type of rights-managed stock license. Some stock distributors use the term to describe images they distribute exclusively. Since the images are not available from any other distributor, the licensing history of the image is known completely and the license can be written to protect the licensee so that no competitors will be able to use the image during the term of the license.
