Relative colorimetric
From The Glossary of Digital Photography
One of several possible rendering intents that define the method used to change the colors in one color space to another color space. Relative colorimetric starts with the white point of the first color space and maps it to the white point of the second color space. Then it maps the other colors in relation to that white point, scaling them as necessary. Any out-of-gamut colors are mapped to the closest in-gamut color. Other rendering intents include absolute colorimetric and perceptual colorimetric. Perceptual colorimetric is probably the most popular rendering intent for photographs; relative colorimetric is the second most popular.
