An abbreviation for milliampere hour. (1) The amount of current that a device draws in milliamperes multiplied by the amount of time it is drawing that current in hours. (2) A measure of the capacity of a battery. If the capacity of the battery is known and the current draw of the device is known, then an approximate period of use can be calculated.
