Low-resolution
From The Glossary of Digital Photography
Also called low res or low rez. A subjective description of images in which the number of pixels is less than would be normally expected. Thus an image used on a website that is 72 ppi would not necessarily be considered low-resolution, but the same image printed on a quality magazine page would be. A low-resolution image is usually recognized by a tendency for pixilation or coarseness in the overall look of the image. Generally, when an image is said to be low-resolution, it is small as well as having a small resolution number. See also resolution
