Integrated circuit. (I/C)

A tiny electronic circuit made up of semiconductors. An I/C is a lower cost and smaller version of circuits that used be made up of individual transistors, capacitors, and other electronic components. They are the core portions of nearly all electronic devices such as computers, cell phones, and other modern digital devices. Even automobiles have a number of I/C's. Digital cameras have a number of I/C's inside.
