Hue

In working with colors, hue is the specific color, such as red, green, or blue. It is one of the main attributes of color. (The others are saturation and value, or brightness.) Each hue refers to light of a specific wavelength. The hue can be specified by its location on the color wheel. This location is stated in degrees around the circle, with red at the 00/3600 location.
