Healing brush tool

A tool in Photoshop and Lightroom used to repair blemishes and other defects in a digital image. The tool uses the texture from the sampled location to replace the texture at the destination, but it uses the destination color. It then blends both the texture and the color at the destination to make a nearly invisible change. It was first used in Photoshop 7 and is one of the most popular tools among digital photographers.
