DRAM

An abbreviation for dynamic random access memory. DRAM is a volatile memory that loses its stored information when it loses power. It is a simple form of memory that can store a lot of information in a small space because it has the capability of high-density storage. DRAM memory is often used as a buffer in digital cameras.
