Color cast
From The Glossary of Digital Photography
An unwanted overall coloration of an image. A color cast can occur when a single ink runs out or an inkjet is clogged on a printer. An improper white balance setting on a digital camera can also cause it. For example, if a daylight setting is used and the photograph is taken indoors under room light, the image will have an overall reddish cast to it. Another instance is when a black-and-white (grayscale) image is printed on a color printer and it may have an overall color to it.
