Clone stamp tool

A tool in Photoshop and other photo-manipulation software that allows the photographer to copy one section of an image and then stamp it over the image in various locations. It works very much like a custom rubber stamp. In Photoshop, it is known as the clone tool, while in other programs it may be called the rubber stamp tool.
