Archive
From The Glossary of Digital Photography
A group of records stored together. Here it is taken to mean a group of images in digital form that is usually the complete historical collection of a photographer or organization. Ideally, this is done in a protected environment such as in a media fire-safe or off-site in a safety deposit box. Generally the word archive implies that it is a duplicate copy stored for safekeeping and long-term preservation, but it could also mean a single copy of all of the images stored on the photographer's hard drive.
