Aerial view

A view of a scene from a high altitude. Sometimes the term birds-eye view is used. A slight difference is that birds-eye view refers to a specific view looking straight down, while aerial view is a more general term referring to any view from an altitude. Not the same as aerial perspective. See also aerial perspective
